We are a 100% independent, family-owned and operated clinic! But not only are we family, we are also therapists too. So, while we understand the rehab world well, we have also created a clinic that is known for it’s comfortable, family-like environment. Building and maintaining relationships are important to us… and we plan to keep it that way!
We love learning, coaching and teaching. We offer a full mentorship program to all our physical therapists and we meet regularly with our team to share knowledge, check-in, and provide practical support for every member of our team.
We believe in our people and their skills. This is why every physical therapist is given a healthy yearly education allowance and time off to pursue the courses that are important to YOU. We don’t provide you with a course-list and demand that you follow it. Instead we let YOU decide what courses and continuing ed is important to you. This keeps you excited about your profession and lets you meet your own personal growth goals.
We work hard and we have high expectations for our staff. Goals are set, and are expected to be beat. This keeps us accountable, on our toes, and allows us to reward you heavily for meeting your goals.

MOMENTUM Physical Therapy is a thriving multidisciplinary clinic located 10 minutes south of Seton (Calgary) in Okotoks, AB. We are well-known around local communities because of our fun, energetic team and enjoyable work culture. In our 9 years of existence we have gained the reputation as the largest and most sought-after facility in the area, as evidenced by our exceptional 400+ 5-STAR online reviews, and 8 community awards won for excellence.
With such high demand for physiotherapy and IMS (Intramuscular Stimulation), you can expect a rapidly growing caseload and a solid existing client base. We routinely provide our physios with 6+ assessments per week which grows your caseload extremely quickly.
