Biography
Dave Proctor has been practicing massage therapy since 2000. His wealth of experience working in the top sports medicine clinics in Calgary with Olympic and competitive athletes makes his approach to soft tissue release very effective.
Dave grew up in High River and has raised his family in Okotoks and Black Diamond the past 12 years. When he isn’t massaging or raising his kids he likes to run. Recently he ran all the way across Canada setting the Trans Canada speed record by completing the 7159 km trek in 67 days, that’s averaging 105.3 kms per day.
Dave is also a published author! He recently released his first book, “Untethered: The Comeback Story of One of The Longest Fastest Runs In History.
